By purchasing a membership, you are granted access to specified content and learning resources, such as podcasts, transcripts, and other materials, as outlined in your membership plan. Courses and other products may be sold separately and are not included in your membership unless explicitly stated.
If you purchase “lifetime access” as part of your membership or for specific content, this provides access for as long as Leonardo English AB continues to operate.

Content provided by Leonardo English AB is for personal use only. Redistribution, modification, or use for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with your membership, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds apply to first-time purchases only and are not available for renewals or partial usage.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your membership at any time through a simple self-serve process within your account settings. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the content for the remainder of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
12. Taxes and Pricing
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. If tax is not included, it will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
13. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our content, we do not guarantee it is error-free. We shall not be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or any damages arising from the use of our content or services.
14. Termination of Membership or Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if these terms are violated or in the event of fraudulent activity. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.
15. Modifications to Content or Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any content or service at any time without prior notice. In the event of modifications, suspension, or discontinuation of services, you will continue to have access to the existing content library for the remaining duration of your membership.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gothenburg.
17. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content on this website, belong to Leonardo English AB. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these terms.
